We understand if you're overwhelmed by the culinary choices at Marigot Bay Resort. Our chefs work hard to make sure every guest enjoys every bite during their luxury vacation in Saint Lucia and our All-IncLUCIAN package offers the run of the resort which has four restaurants, more bars and an array of irresistible menus.
Chef Klent's Saint Lucian roots are brought to the table at every meal with traditional Creole favourites and updated twists on everyday local fare. He is proud of the food and his kitchen team, who revel in sharing a taste of their culture with guests.
So from the dawn chorus to lights out, how will you do All-IncLUCIAN? With so many options to choose from - including new seasonal menus - here’s some sage advice as to how you can eat-like-a-local every day at Marigot Bay Resort.

Creole Breakfast at The Grill
Some say it's the most important meal of the day, so enjoy it at The Grill's mind-boggling buffet from 7am until 11am. Creole dishes vary from stewed saltfish with onions and peppers to deep-fried fishcakes, freshly-baked local breakfast rolls, banana bread and coconut turnovers, and of course, piles of seasonal tropical fruit which can include locally grown pineapple, watermelon, mango and star fruit, washed down with a daily-changing variety of fresh local juices. That should get your day off to an AbsoLUCIAN great start!
Roti Lunch at The Hurricane Hole
You may have heard of rotis - the Indian-inspired Caribbean favourite that stuffs gently-seasoned curry into a flatbread 'shell', rolling it into a package of traditional flavours ranging from chicken to fish to veggie. Chef Klent's chicken roti topped with homemade fruit chutney definitely raises the bar with its flavour layers and delicate roti shell. Grab a cold Piton Beer on the side and enjoy a real local combination, available all day at our popular waterside dining restaurant.
Go Loco for Local Tapas at The Rum Cave
Pairing rum and tapas-inspired bites gives a unique flavour sensation, especially when the tapas are created from local ingredients, herbs and spices. Experts say start with four to five and add more to taste, so order a Chairman's Reserve and a few of these mouthwatering Lucian tapas treats for a delicious dinner at The Rum Cave:
-
Saint Lucian ripe red tomato, roasted garlic, red onion, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil
-
Fresh local mushrooms cooked with white wine, roasted garlic & extra virgin olive oil
-
Chilled gazpacho made from local, seasonal vegetables
-
Chilled fresh tuna, mixed vegetables, garlic aioli
-
