The people behind Marigot Bay

As you explore our resort you will come across some friendly faces who will welcome you to Saint Lucia and offer knowledge on the things to do and see that are just too good to miss. They will also be around to lend a helping hand should you need anything. We thought it would be nice to introduce you to a few of the team before you arrive.



Reservations Supervisor

James has been working at Marigot Bay Resort and Marina since 2013 and started as a front desk assistant. James will be your first port of contact in the lead up to your stay should you require any information or changes to your booking. As he is very customer-focussed, James loves creating bespoke packages for guests and tailoring our accommodation offering to different needs.



Front Office Supervisor

Michelle has been described as the heart and soul of the resort, and as a Front Office Supervisor, she works with her team to organise tailored services for guests. From sorting out special dietary requirements to organising wedding parties for newly married couples, Michelle works with teams all over the resort. You will recognise Michelle by her welcoming face and enthusiastic smile.

Pastry Chef

Davis is our award-winning pastry chef. Passionate about using local produce and experimenting with ingredients, Davis often visits local farmers to find the best quality produce for his creations. The imaginative aspect of the job keeps Davis on his toes and he loves the creativity needed to make such a wide variety of pastries for all types of dining across the resort.

Restaurant Manager

Zealina manages our wonderful restaurants and her personal goal is to make sure all her guests leave the restaurants with a smile on their face. We will always remember the day that one family arrived at the resort having had their luggage lost on their flight. Zealina bought the children swimsuits so they could enjoy their time on the beach and in the pool until their luggage was returned to them.



Resort Bellman

Terry has been working at Marigot Bay for over 2 years and he loves making sure that everyone has an incredible time. Terry's favourite aspect of his job is finding out about the part of the world they are from and putting smiles on their faces. He is known for anticipating the needs of our guests before being asked - this is what makes him so great at his job!
